Reliance Jio 4G Connection has stopped working

My connection got activated yesterday, and I could use data. Suddenly after 2GB, it stopped working! According to customer care, for the first 6 hours, the plan is as follows: 2GB data, 100 mins calling, 100 SMS. It's been more than 30 hours and I still haven't been switched to the unlimited plan. I couldn't find any information about the 2GB limit and hence posting here. Please help because the customer care is useless. They first said 6 hours.. then said 24 hours and now they say 48 hours. :(
 
Wait... Call Customer Care ... Wait again.

Then repeat til it works.
 
Facing the same issue on my new sim. It is because Jio network is not able to recognize the device IMEI and activate unlimited plan. Lets see when they resolve.
 
Finally the customer care "supervisor" told me that many people are facing this issue and that the "technical team" is manually enabling unlimited plan one by one. :|
P.S. It's been 45 hours since the time of sim activation and still the issue persists.
 
Hey guys, finally the preview offer has been enabled for me at the 47th hour! Keep restarting the phone to check. Also check the "Usage Summary" section after log-in into the jio DOT com website.
 
Its more than 3 days now since my SIM activation. However, the unlimited benefits are still not credited. I am not able to use data or make voice calls as all my balance is exhausted. Customer care has no clue.
