TRAI has already imposed a fine on AvoId based on the call failure details submitted by RJIO in September.

Mota Bhai knows how to deal with them. So instead of pestering them for more pois, he is scaring them with free service till March.

TRAI hasn't imposed anything..TRAI has only recommended DoT to impose one in its report..
But politics play a bigger role in India,so I doubt any fine would be imposed
I just received a message from Idea about the blackout days..seriously like Jio is offering for free and on the other hand AVoID is charging more than usual lol

I still get number busy for non-BSNL/MTNL numbers

That's surprising. For the past few days I've been able to connect to numbers of pretty much any operator in one go.
