I still get number busy for non-BSNL/MTNL numbers

get "out of coverage area" message for bsnl numbers even though phone is right next to it

Thats bloody mtnl/bsnl problem. They must patent it.

Call connectivity with Airtel,Vodafone and Idea has definitely improved,connects instantly......but BSNL is horrible....tried atleast 15 to 20 times
