Reliance Jio Fiber in Society Apartments?

Can anyone explain how jio fibre comes into a flat in an apartment complex ? From the pole how does it enter the complex ? Do they need a common place for keeping any equipment ? Or does it come directly into the ONT terminal provided by them ?

Depending on the size of the apartment complex and lay out, Jio will normally do the wiring for the entire complex. In large societies they will bring it in at a central point underground or overground like other cables enter the complex. Then they will run conduits to all towers. If the apartments are low rise without any central lobby then they might bring individual cables.

If we r booking for a small apartment we had to give a registered mobile number. The issue is we can't expect the rugged mobile number holder to be present at home always so what can we do in that case?

You do have an option to change the means of communication to email, you can also add your JioFiber account to any smartphone using the MyJio app to control it. You also do not need your registered mobile number to contact JioCare. @Merokek
