I won't do paid recharge unless they give symmetrical speed. Why don't you guys (using paid plans) bomb Jio's support inbox with complaints regarding symmetrical speed?

We should stop recharging after the first paid plan expires until they give symmetrical speed. If you guys have a backup connection, you can do that. Jio won't like to lose paying customers and might accept our demand.

Can someone who has the box please tell me what all is included with the STB?

Ya. Routers like Netgear nighthawk r7000 which has throughput of 1300mbps on 5ghz

I have a R7800. Unfortunately Wifi speeds don't go beyond 350 mbps or so. Both router and laptop have MIMO support.
On LAN, I get 480 odd. 500 mbps plan.
