@Vishal | Chennai Have you noticed? Jio didn't reply to GeekyRanjeet. They are seriously unprofessional man.

They didn't even care to share their thought of why they changed it.

Instead they are replying to people who are tweeting on that thread. Pathetic.
 
@gomfi yes I understand the emotional trauma. But once again it is sad state of the country. The uneducated and unaware make decisions for us. So lastly I suggest you to give it a try to start a petition, think it as small effort like a tweet or email you send jio. This broadband community and others like us in few forum can ask for support. What say?
 
I will be honest, I have never made a petition before and I really don't even know how do they get the email of the authorities which they commit to send when it reaches to certain level. I don't know where to get those emails from.

I would have made it if I was the right person, but I think someone who has better knowledge of it, should make it.

I am ready to help in whatever I'm best in. I will try to tweet every tech guy and tech influencer to support in this move and post on forums too.

This doesn't mean I am running away but all my intention is things to be more right and clear rather than small mistakes.
 
@gomfi first step have proof that you have sent email to Cc then if no reply escalate to nodal officers which has to be displayed in the website as per trai. Then appellate authority then you can have all those screen in the pétition.

Slight change of topic. Something for you to laugh at:
Today morning when I saw my plans, there was one more bronze plan queued up (apart from the one in the above post).
So I had one ongoing bronze plan (for which I had paid) and two upcoming bronze plans (which I never recharged).
In the evening, they removed the two upcoming plans.
And guess what? (you are going to laugh here) : They even removed my ongoing bronze plan which I had actually recharged! :ROFLMAO::rolleyes:
I was without internet (not even 1 Mbps):confused:
Fortunately the plan was added back within less than 15 minutes.
So now my plan details are normal (with just the one bronze plan for which I paid and no unofficial upcoming plans) 😬

Like i said before things are a big mess for them and their database admins are running scripts on servers to remove/activate/etc plans.

Also when they readded plan back did you get the full 100gb data again??
 
@ap99 its completely bugged. More over the queued pack like 199 will not activate until current plan of slow post fup is expired. So anyone planning to recharge after fup with 199 will be devastated lol.
