I had quite a good experience with Jio CC so far. In last 5 days connection got cut twice.
First time called CC at 2 pm. Service guy was at my home at 4 pm. Some wire got cut at rooftop which he rectified. Connection back on.
2 days later same red light blink issue. Called CC at 9 pm. Next day 10 am Jio guy came and same wire cut issue. This time he made sure the job is done to satisfaction and assured me no more wire cuts will happen. So, a pleasant experience so far.

This is so sad. I really want to stay on fiber but I think Jio will make it hard. Imagine if you have connection drops or speed issues, all they will say is that there is a technical problem, will be resolved by tomorrow and so on without doing anything. The only alternative I have is Airtel Vfiber which provides 40Mbps. Great service but it is hard to roll back after 100 Mbps.
I was talking to a senior Airtel manager a few months back about people ditching them for Jio fiber and he was super confident that Jio would not be be able to provide good service and customers would end up going back to Airtel. I thought it was overconfidence but Jio is proving him right.
At least you have airtel. I don't have any alternative

Although the plans haven't appeared for me in MyJio app, however, I have applied for Airtel broadband 3 times now. I guess its not feasible in my area.

Is it the wifi extender of jio ? I once inquired about it with cc and they said I can buy it for Rs.8000 from them and that it will be home delivered next day.
Not like wifi extenders. It’s different, all devices uses same name and each device connected by lan cable.
By wifi mesh it shares same wifi name. Automatically connects to device that has good signal strength.

Update: Getting around 470 mbps over Ethernet. About 320 mbps over Wifi (the link speed is 866 mbps (limited by laptop's wifi card; supports AC, MU-MIMO etc), router is AC (Netgear R7800 - 5 ghz settings support upto 1733 mbps), Beamforming and MU-MIMO is on (and supported by laptop)) - can't understand the loss. Tried 2-3 foot, about 15-20 foot and 50 foot away from router.
UL speed is maximum 45 mbps.
Also scheduled a STB installation for tomorrow from app. Let's see how it goes. No idea if I'll ever use it though. Already all apps are on my TV and Fire Stick, and am subscribed to all the content Jio is offering.

Another update: I frequently download from premiumize.me (converts torrents to https). Each download (which gets divided into 16 segments via IDM) is getting capped at 100 mbps (about 12 MBps). I can download multiple files, but each will not go beyond 100 mbps speed (even on Ethernet), though together they will hit about 320 mbps.
Premiumize servers support gigabit speeds, so the issue is somewhere with Jio (I've tried with a friend's Airtel 300 mbps connection and it hits full speeds easily).

@alekhkhanna i have the same problem with Real debrid too atleast you are getting 100mbps per file in real debrid it's capped to 25mbps per file using a VPN solves the issue so definitely the problems on the jios end

So got in touch with Jio CC today regarding my 199 plan being in queue and now they say I need one of the commerical plans first before using 199 plan since 199 is a data voucher. So I'll have to recharge with chosen commerical plan every month no matter what and that makes the 199 too expensive to use for the limited 7 days. All the BS I heard from other CC turned out to be quality BS as well. WTF !!??
