@Shubham @yougotmehere @Lobogris @lucifer When are your current preview plans expiring? Mine is expiring on 25th December and I was able to see the paid plans today (18th). So maybe plans are visible 7 days before the expiry date...
My preview plan hasn’t shown any expiry date for the past few months. Before Sept 6th, it used to have a date but now it just has an empty dash.
I did get notifications stating my plan would expire on Dec 14th and then another notice that it had expired. I did a few 100Gb free recharges just before and after that date. They show as upcoming plans but don’t seem to get activated. However 40Gb recharges are getting activated. Where do you see this expiry date?

Mine expired on 15 December. I had a 100 GB recharge queued which got activated. Now i am still on the old system of 100 GB combo and 40 GB vouchers recharge.

@Lobogris The expiry date is not visible in the app.
It is mentioned in the e-mail which you get whenever your 100 GB (or 40 GB) plan is about to expire or when it expires.
So for you the plan expiry date is 14 January (considering that your plan expired on 14 December)

Yeah, I suppose so. However I often get emails and SMS stating different dates. For example some of the 100Gb recharges expired on Dec 13 and another one on the 14th.I often get 2 or 3 such expiry dates each month.

I guess the reason why three of us are still continuing with the preview plans because we kept on recharging and queuing up plans a week or even before the expiry of the current plan. I have 3 upcoming plans in the que and the current one would expire on 5th Jan. The backend team needs to remove those plans in the que and force us to continue till the expiry of the current plan for the server to be able to migrate us to paid plans. I don't have a specific timeline but as a general thumb rule, all existing customers having no plans in que and within 10-15 days of the expiration of the current plan are being migrated to paid plans.
