Recharge option isn't working either. It's saying error.

I will try with ₹199 recharge.

Cannot even contact customer care.

Recharged successfully with Rs 199 plan and it got activated.

Just now got the message.. i think i made a mistake by filling up the mobile number for STB.. my plan was valid till January 6 2020. Now not even working on 1Mbps. Am i the only one experiencing this ?

Jio just banned all the plans on my connection which were lined up. All the voucher and Combo Plans.

Officially my services should be expired by January Second Week only since I was said I will have minimum three months as Preview.

Now they have expired (cancelled) all of them.
