I sent them 3 emails. Only got a response one time and it was a system generated mail. I don't think they even look at customer complaints. They were providing better services when it was for FREE. Now that we're paying they're giving such shitty service. What the fuck this makes no sense to me

Well, People waited for the change in their plans but none came. I don't think waiting would give you anything in terms of 1:10.

Choice should be your's to make. But, disconnection should be in terms if you believe 1:1 is what you were promised as I was.
 
@Sushubh I think preview offer is over. All are in paid plan or migration plan. I request you to close / lock this thread when you get a chance. This thread has gone too far from being on-topic.

Even if someone has preview offer and want to discuss about it, let them open another thread.

Conversation happening is being on-point and topic I believe. It's just that few people who doesn't even have JioFiber and their suggestion or opinion made it bit heated conversation.

^ Yeah, At-least people who have JioFiber should have better opinion priority rather than someone (who doesn't even have it) coming with their own suggestions and opinion in deciding the move. Moreover, they haven't paid a single penny to JioFiber yet.

It is. I upload quite frequently to my gdrive. And it's all pretty big in size. It'll take like 10 hours just to upload ~30 Gb of data.
 
^ Same. I upload Gigs of data daily and this asymmetric speed is taking a lot of time for me to upload.
