Reliance JIO Fiber Video Calling via Set Top Box

Hi,
I have attached my PS3 Eye Camera and I am now unable to call using the microphone. Sadly the camera is not being detected by the set top box. Anyone had any more experiences to share on JIO Call ?

After connecting the camera to the set top box's USB port, you need to restart the set top box (power off main switch and then power on).

Should not happen like that. I have a cheap HP webcam. Even that works.
Have you connected it properly to the USB 2.0 port?

Can you please install JioVideoCall app in the set top box install Jio Chat app in your mobile phone and check whether the webcam is working consistently or not ?

I have a old Logitech C270 lying around. Will this work with Jio settop box?

I tried using Mi TV webcam, but that doesn't work either.
