I started using JIO for the first time outside Mumbai and the experience has been more than painful. Wherever I go, I always find Jio network but neither data nor voice works.....or it's very sporadic. In fact there were so many dead spots at Mumbai T2 airport terminal, I was shocked.
I've been to Delhi , Agra, Mathura and Jaipur...situation is more or less the same everywhere. I was stranded at Taj Mahal as my Vodafone cell was down and Jio had no network coverage....I was separated from my driver for more than an hour lol. I called up Jio care to give them my constructive feedback and they located my location and told me that the area I am in , has less tower and its congested... Hence the issue.
So I feel Jio is still not ready with their network in many cities and hence the extension of freebies. If I was a paying customer , I would have fired them left and right for such pathetic service.
