Will the sim be locked to mobile IMEI , I don't have 4g phone , so will be taking friends mobile and will be using the sim in open market datacard. Is it possible ?

What about JIO LINK ? Is their any info on that ?

yes last month, Jio said their users dload 26GB on average.
I am just over a month with 175GB and counting.

They have not advertised in media. Still this maddening rush? And really so many people have updated to 4g phones ?

went to a dx store in Mumbai. It was empty. The sales guy tried to push me for buying a lyf phone to get the sim but gave an excuse of "we are out of CAF forms" when I asked him about the free sim for any 4g phone offer.
