Hi, Yes OnePlus One is 4G enabled but it doesn't get registered on Jio Network no matter how long you try. Few people have reported working connections of Jio on OnePlus One but on the OnePlus forums, I found that many people faced the same issue - Unable to register on the Jio Network.
 
Even without VoLTE , the calls should work on 4g through a certain jio app right? I\m using custom rom on oneplusone. I'll be annoyed if i have to move back to oxygen OS for VoLTE support
 
I have OnePlus One and it is working fine with Jio. Have you tried to find network in open space or terrace where Band 40 or Band 3 signal is good. OnePlus One doesn't have Band 5 (850 MHz) support.

Gonna have.to get the E3372 looks like other model mentioned by you doesn't seem to be available. It's not that cheap though about Rs 1800 on eBay.
