Reliance Jio has extended the Preview offer to all 4G Phones

Anybody tried JIO on Lumias, particularly Lumia 730/830/930/950 :P
New Lumia support 4G, but not 2300 MHz I guess.
 
I haven't tried JIO but at least the 3 new Lumia's have all bands (including b40 - 2300 mhz) covered , Lumia 650, 950 and 950XL, but 550 has limited 4G bands.

Someone on another forum was complaining Lumia 950 doesn't have VoLTE enabled in India models (which dual sim unlocked versions) though it's "possible" because the other models which are carrier-branded are working (in other countries).

It apparently has to be done by MS themselves by updating firmware or pushing/enabling the VoLTE capability which so far has not been done.
 
Did a search in Windows Store for "JIO" apps, and there are no results :)
 
Speed decreased from 20mbps to 10mbps in 2 days. Please don't get your sims activated. Manage with your current operator at rs250/gb. :P :P
 
Anyone know which store in Delhi is giving sims without asking for codes?
The one I went to said they won't give as they haven't got any info about it.

@volcano619 Did you activate this sim on one of the officially supported phone models (as advertised on Jio's site) or was it done on any other 4g phone ?

I got the message for tele verification just now but I am not sure if I should use iPhone 6 to tele verify, I fear I'll end up getting only 2 GB data :-(.

So will it be better to use a friend's officially supported Samsung device, or should I just use my iPhone ?
