Was 99 with 1 device or 4 devices and 4 devices is 89 now. Also they are showing the price of 59 slashed to 29, so even they have a plan to test the waters and bump up to 59 at some point.

Someone confirmed from Jio that 59 is a glitch. It is going to remain at 29 for the foreseeable future.
