Jio VoNR is not working for me on S22+ and S24+. It switches to LTE.

S21 FE as well.

Not working on S23 too, it shows Vo5G but switches to LTE during call.

Does this mean Jio has started putting Jio 5G mobile users on a dedicated slice?

It could just mean you're on the default slice because the other slice is for AirFiber

Both my jio sims are out of service, vowifi not working, myjio app isnt working
