i dont live in mumbai..i stay at calcutta..u definitely hav a better speed than mine...for past 2 days, my connection is sucking after afternoon..its giving only 200-350 kbps..in day..its around 1 mbps..i dont know what the **** is goin on:(:@
 
Simply complain to the customer care or email about the problem at their customer care id [email protected].
I also had the same problem in beginning and it took 2 weeks to resolve.You can also call at toll free no

After making a complaint You must have to regularly be in touch with them
otherwise they will ignore it. It will be hard time but keep patience.The problem is due to excessive congestion. :readtherules: :readtherules:
After ur problem is resolved post do let me come to know.

actually problem rises between 10-12 pm. the speed is around 250-350kbps. thank u for ur advice.i'll mail them..bt tell me how to separate night & day usage from reliance site? they r showing me in a whole of around 1.5 GB ..i have plan of 3 GB day + 10 GB night..

Your usage is counted either in day or night by the timing you use.
So if you started your session in betwn 6am to 10pm it will be counted as your day usage and likewise for the night usage.So if you want your total usage in the day time,then check for no.of sessions you have started during day time from their site.
Suggestion-While using during day time if you start approaching night session,close your day session and start your new session in night time.
This will help you in easily differentiating your no.of day and night sessions.This wil also help you keep track of your 3GB limited usage during day time.
