Reliance Netconnect Broadband Plus: Compaibility with Vista

Hi 2 Everyone, I have recently purchased a Reliance Broadband+ and i have no issues with the speed, but major concern is that i am not able to use it on my Dell laptop with Vista on it. Do anyone of you facing same problem? or have faced it in past? and know the solution. please share. Its working fine on all other PC's Laptops.Cheers!!!!

In Vista, Reliance Broadband+ usb drive will be deducted as USB mass storage and data interface is not identified by OS. Then in device manager, under USB, uninstall USB mass storage related to Reliance usb drive and perform "Scan for new hardware".Vista will now deduct your data interface also with usb mass storage. Provide the drivers given with Reliance Broadband+ software.

Hi allI had a same problem. However I have solved this problem. You can user TATA Photon Driver for Reliance Netconnect Broadband Plus for Huawei EC 1260 device. First you install Huawei Access Manager and then run the same and wait for some time. Device driver will install automatically and your device will ready to use. you can change user and password from tool options and connect to reliance Netconnect Broadband Plus services.
