Reliance Netconnect Broadband Plus: usage check

Thanks IndianMascot. It looks like the mistake is on my side. I should've opted out for email for communication. As I selected mobile, there may be an issue sending the PIN to my mobile.

Again, I created another login (with email as preferred channel for communication). But this time, it looks like there is an issue on their side as my MDN seems to be already registered. :)

I tried to delete my MDN from the previous login. It didn't budge. :)

Anyway, I appreciate your help on this. It was entirely my mistake when I created my first login that I didn't select email.
 
You can even edit you previous registration details using " My Profile ".Login using your previous Username and do needfull changes. If gt caught anywhere in between, you can call customer care. they will help you. I also faced the issue when I was registering for 1st time :)
 
Hi IndianMascot. Again, it is my error. I was using Chrome browser. It shows things in a different way for Reliance Myservices website. I just now looked at the same website in Firefox. Everything has become clear now. I also emailed the customer care and they sort out the issue lately. Thanks again.
 
Dear Customer , Your PROMOTIONAL Bal is 5620.00 MB, validity : 2013-01-12 ,ONNET Bal is 25000.00 MB, validity : 2013-01-13 ,What is the ONNET bal? I recently recharged my prepaid netconnect + with Rs 800, for 5 Gb and thereafter unlimited at 144kbps for 30 days.( I am moving away from the home for 1 month, So Going to Miss Bsnl Broadband :( ............ )
