Reliance Netconnect Broadband Plus: Username and password

Yesterday i bought Reliance Netconnect Broadband plus where is the username and password i dont knowand i get signal only 1*mostly i dont get HSDplease help on the queries

Username/Password is the 10 digit mobile number which you might have got while buying the card.

Sir, a very stupid question : do I need to have a wireless LAN to access Reliance Netconnect+?! My computer has a built-in LAN through which I access BSNL broadband (ADSL) via the telephone.

If a wireless LAN is required, then can I buy a card and slot it in or must I buy a new PC with wireless built-in?

Sir, you are right. That's what they were doing in Rel Web World. But since mine isn't working although the blue light flashes, I thought / think there's something missing!

They were supposed to activate it last night. (I bought it the day before, the man verified my address yesterday, and it was supposed to be activated last night). I plugged in but got an error message that the device wasn't connected.....

While installing though there was no error message.
