I use the reliance thunder 549 unlimited plan from june month of 2013 to till now. The connection seems to drop every now and then. There is no connectivity at all for more than 5 days in a month even after paying the bill. The customer service is worse of all, they have the standard answer that the problem will be rectified within 24 hours or 2-3 business days. if the connection breaks in saturday means then no solution until wednesday, even it takes next to get fixed up. Even now i am facing the problem of frequent dis-connectivity for more than two weeks, i complained regarding this and ref. number was provided which is like a bull shit that is of no use at all. The default answer continues. When i approached the office in chennai nungambakkam they say the same answer that there is a problem in card and will get fixed up soon. After receiving the mail regarding the bill payment those people frequently call and send messages to remind for paying the bill before due date and a penalty of Rs100 beyond the due date. But doesn't cares about registered complaints regarding problem faced by user. Better don't go for reliance very poor service and worst customer care. The spend money on this connection isn't worth at all.
