Reliance Thunder Plans and Service Query

Is anyone using Reliance Thunder Plans in Nungambakkam Chennai? If so, what would be the download rate for 2 Mbps plan? How good is their service to deal with connectivity issues. I am using Tata Indicom for over 10 years 512Kbps Infinity 500 for over 2 years. Till last week I was getting 100-200 kpbs for torrent downloads. Now suddenly I am getting on 50 kpbs. Now I can either browse or download only.

Hi. Im in Choolaimedu, next to nungambakkam. Im planning for thunder 1099 plan. Any review in this area. How is the connection? Is the speed stable? Is the connection stable? Any issues faced?
