Reliance USB connection

Any 1 using reliance USB connection ........I want to know the speed,connection and the quality of support they provide.

They say 144kbps (18KB/s), but normally we get about 4-5K. If you want it just for light browsing, emailing and portability then you can go for it.... otherwise give it a miss..
