wrong and excessive billing? please explain.

What is metro Ethernet? Is it related for good upload speed only?


2 years ago i got a bill of 15000 and the large amount of data that was used was during the days when i had no connectivity for almost 7 days..so i think somebody else used my password and username....and downloaded all that data... they settled for 8000...


metro ethernet= optical fiber upto your building than LAN(cat5e) cabling upto your house.

A Metro Ethernet is a computer network that covers a metropolitan area and that is based on the Ethernet technology. Metro Ethernet connect user to larger Network and it support high bandwidth and less downtime mostly in Metro Ethernet we get better bandwidth but in normal ADSL technology we restricted to 512 Kbps upload speed

Should i call CC regarding feasibility? Will a separate router given for that? Will there be any extra charge?

no idea about extra charges but call customer care and ask them for Metro Ethernet feasibility, after getting request number local Reliance service provider will call you regarding this ask him for Metro Ethernet
