reputation changed?!

ok i am not into reputation thing but want to know something out of curiosity.yesterday my rep power was 1 and points i had were 53. and today rep power boosted to 11 and points dropped to 13. but no of ppl who added reputation still remain 4. so is it because forum was upgraded and rep system algo changed? or something else?also what does green and gray button signify in "Latest Reputation Received" table in user CP?

The grey/green button signifies whether the reputation you have recieved matters or not. If it is grey, there is no addition to your rep points, if it is green, your reputation points will increase by a number equal to the rep power of that user.
