I use FTTH from BSNL, in Bengaluru, the local service provider franchise "Live Networks" support is very bad, always cable cuts, and taking lot of time to rectify.
3 to 5 days every month I am facing this issue, if I complaint on self care then they close case there without resolution.
and I am paying and not getting service, How to address this?
is there any way
1. Contact of BSNL where I can get good support.
2. loosing money, so how to get reimbursement for the days they are not giving support?
