Cricket South Africa (CSA) has demanded immediate withdrawal of a "fundamentally flawed" draft proposal that would effectively place Australia, England and India in charge of the world game.Put forward by a working group of the International Cricket Council's (ICC) Finance and Commercial Affairs committee, the proposal recommends international calendar and revenue share being controlled by the three boards who bring the most income to the game.In a letter to all full members of the ICC and its president Alan Isaac, CSA president Chris Nenzani said more consultation was needed into the merits of the proposal and felt the ICC has not followed its own setout procedures in this case.

The ICC Board has gained the necessary votes to approve the proposed changes relating to the governance, competition and financial models of the organisation, according to a press release issued after its meeting in Singapore. Sri Lanka Cricket and the PCB were the only two Full Members to abstain from voting at this time

I think SL and PAK will soon be alienated. CSA patched up with BCCI.
Sri Lanka, who received huge financial support from BCCI might suffer more. For pakistan, it would be business as usual!
