i think he was the only geek that really knew what normal people want from their products . a true marketing genius . my friends doing MBA in marketing already consider him better than most CEOs right now . making touchscreen phones appealing to masses was a tough job and jobs made it possible . without him, i think we would still be stuck with symbian smartphones with bad touchscreens(if any) .
