What's the advantage of router over Wifi Data Card?

Dongle is basically a router.

Airtel is selling 4G Data Card / Router.
Which is better option?

Data card is better for portability.

Router is supporting 32 devices, data card is supporting 10
and router probably needs to be hooked to power point.
So I guess data card is better option.

data card would need a power point if you want to connect more than one device.

There are 2 data cards
One has battery
and Other can be hooked to power bank for more than one device.

and both are of same price
