Router performance slows down if not restarted in 48 hours

I’ve been using Airtel AirFiber on the 40 Mbps WI-Fi-only plan since July 2024. Recently, I've noticed the Wifi network becomes sluggish if the router runs continuously for several days. To resolve this, I’ve found that a simple reboot every 24 hours helps restore normal performance.

Is this normal?

Yes pretty normal with all chinese ONTs and routers.
