Safe custody - airtel fiber

Hi,

i want to know that if i put my airtel fiber connection into safe custody for 1 month but withdraw the custody just within 15 days so will i be charged with full month amount of safe custody or it will be just for 15 days ?

offtopic: @MrGordon why did you opt for 799 plan when you get uncapped speed at static ip with lower plan ?

@Rickysin Good point, I will definitely give that a try. On another note, I keep the plan under safe custody most of the time. Static IP still works even in safe custody.

Oh then that’s great if static ip works though you can reduce your charges by lowering the plan

Nope. Static ip does not work if connection goes to safe custody.

And it takes upto 1 week to activate safe custody in case you are using static ip.

Deactivation of safe custody also takes upto 1 week and sometimes static ip remains blocked
