She was sentenced

We have a hierarchy of courts to prevent injustice. Though I guess you have few options left after Supreme Court. In this case however I guess the blame lies with investigating agencies. They are known to fuck up repeatedly.

One of the reasons I hate our constitution..

nothing wrong in our constitution. if justice takes 10-15 years... it give enough time for the accused to pay the victim, bribe the investigators to fudge the evidence and so on.

we had another massive judgement from the supreme court today which kind of mocks the constitution.
