Hi,
I want to share my internet connection with my cousin who stays 500 meters away from my place.
I use ACT broadband. Can my cousin get a connection from ACT for one month and second month onwards use the same login ID as I use and share the internet?

I don't think that's even possible with any broadband provider.
You would not be able to login for the second time on one username for sure.
why don't you set up some powerful WI-FI and let them use it.

Assuming ACT broadband uses same software as BEAM fiber, yes you can. But your cousin has to pay for connection every mont, not just pay for one month and then discontinue paying.
