bada 2.0 comes with Wave 3, which is now available in many countries.

And Samsung officially released bada 2.0 for Wave I and Wave II via Kies in Poland and Hungary on 31st December, 2011.

Wave 3 is available only in few countries..In majority it's not launched yet and there are many contrasting reports of BADA 2.0 being launched in those 2 countries..Samfirmware thinks so..But ppl from those two countries have reported probs and some are saying its just an rumour..So Sammy did not stick with the promise of Q4 Bada 2.0 update

I'm sorry to say that your news of the release being just a rumor is false. I've confirmed it from one of my internet buddies from Poland that bada 2.0 is released there through Kies.
