On GSMArena, few weeks back there was news that single sim of Galaxy Music was getting 4.1. But no news was mentioned for dual sim. Same is the case with Sony Xperia E Dual. Is there any specific requirement for 4.1 and dual sim feature?

My mobile downloads an android update(no JB) for about 40 Mb. But during installation it fails repeatedly(tried 5 times). Anybody knows the solution for it?
