Samsung won't back-port all the SW only features - especially on the S-Pen apps to Note 3. All these SW features should be perfectly feasible as Note 3 has HW capabilities.

This is the worst thing about Samsung. Never seen Apple doing it (unless there is hw limitations- e.x Siri is not available in older models)
