My brother is planning to send me note 4 from australia. Will 4G work over here for Indian network or are there different 4G setup for India & Australia.

Currently we have TD-LTE deployed in India on 2300Mhz. As per Samsung Galaxy Note 4 - Full phone specifications it should work.

I was looking to buy the note 4, Paytm is giving the best deal for about 32000/- after cashback (approx). Any other alternate because Amazon /flipkart are all above 36000/-. I don't have a citibank credit card but I do have a sbi credit card ,amex and hdfc .Also how is paytm with returns???

Paytm is generally worth avoiding for expensive purchases... That's the general thought about it. I have not purchased anything super expensive from them personally. Never have tried returning any of the smaller items as well.

Note is a phone you buy because you need a device like that. With a stylus. So you have to decide whether it is worth that money to you

Also get a quote from a local store. I hear they give good price on exchanging in case you have a phone you want to switch from.
