S21 is £769 in the UK so this is about 10% cheaper.

late launch means that they would have to price it very low. otherwise it is a doa. if this is under 45K, and has a Snapdragon, maybe i would think about it. otherwise probably get the s21 when prices crashes later this year. s10 lite is still doing pretty well. no immediate need to buy another phone.

if samsung launches this with android 11 which i guess would be the case, s21 makes more sense. if it launches with android 12... things get complicated.
