It seems there are only two refresh rate 120 and 60 and has no dynamic option.
Getting about 4.5hrs of SOT with 120 and have enabled 85% charge limit and going down to a max of 20-25%.
does limiting the charge benefit in any way in extending the battery life span? thought reducing the number of charging cycles is better way

I might be wrong but my understanding is that the 85% limit is only useful when you plug in your phone for a long period of time (like overnight) so it doesn't keep topping up the charge constantly to 100%. I use a bixby routine to keep it to 85% till 630 am then disable it so by the time I wake up its fully charged

samsung does not have stock android's smart charging. but maybe they improved optimized charging on this phone. samsung really should add the code for smart charging where the phone monitors the charging pattern and slow charge when the phone is not likely to be used.

Even with the 45w charger, samsung phones don't charge at more than 27-30w and that too only till 60-70% so it doesn't make much sense to buy that unless you have other devices to use it with.
