Watch6:

44mm - ₹32,999
LTE
40mm - ₹33,999
44mm - ₹36,999

Watch6 Classic:
Bluetooth
43mm - ₹36,999
47mm - ₹39,999
LTE
43mm - ₹40,999
47mm - ₹43,999

And it now supports Samsung Wallet Tap and Pay via NFC. I guess this should trickle down to Watch5 and 4 series too.

They are also advertising ecg support in this watch on the indian store.

Does that mean they'll finally have ecg on Galaxy watches in India?

Yeah but it also mentions:
20. Availability of ECG app may vary by country or region. Due to country restrictions in obtaining approval/registration as a Software as a medical device (SaMD), ECG app only works on watches and smartphones purchased in the countries where service is currently available (however, service may be restricted when users travel to non-service countries). Check out Samsung Health Monitor Smartwatch App | Samsung UK for more information and latest update on service countries. It is not intended for users by people under 22 years old. Users should not interpret or take clinical action based on the device output without consultation of a qualified healthcare professional.

Got Watch 6 LTE for 27K (8K off credit card offer, and another 2K off not sure how :D)
Since I owned Tizen OS based Galaxy Active2 earlier, and as per online reports of Samsung having upper hand in Wear OS UI, I was thinking UI might be familiar. But its very much different from Active2.
Besides Active2 relied on Samsung's App store for Watch faces and Apps, while Watch 6 only has Google Play Store.
All health feature works great as expected.
Imp feature, BP and ECG also works!
BP reading was nearly accurate after I calibrated it with readings from medical BP measuring device.
I was not able to configure Airtel, but Jio connection got configured in few minutes. Would have been good if Airtel number worked which is my primary number, but anyways Jio works fine for calls and data.
Watch 6 connects to 5GHz Wifi while Active2 only connected to 2.4 GHz.
