initially i thought it was an online shopping disaster.anyways you should launch NC in the local police station against samsung and the dealer.the dealer knows how police will milk them for money and hence they would prefer giving you a replacement and keep the matter in between themselves and samsung.

I also second manu's story.There are dealers who are ready to push defected stuff on to the consumer and recovering their own money.
