Yes, we have 2 in family for parents. But models are not refreshed for few years now. All models available on Flipkart/Amazon/Local stores are launched 4-5 or more years ago. Like Guru, etc.

did they even launch any volte feature phone in india? my dad had a samsung guru before he switched to a basic smartphone.

Iirc they don't have any 4G/VoLTE feature phones. I think only Nokia has done it.

I think I had seen Lava or some Indian brand feature phone with 4G support.
