SC makes it clear: Govt will have to ban Porn

Is this for real ? Are they serious ? All we can do is wait a few years and let these old-ass conservative hypocrites die. Younger Gen is coming...
 
The younger generation that is coming is the sons and daughters of the people who are in power right now. And seeing what legacy they are leaving in the form of Varun Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi and Akhilesh Yadav... I suggest leaving India right away :)
 
Someone filed a PIL, the court issued notices to various ministries. End of story, tbh. I don't think the court has given its own opinion on this, and frankly, the court can not direct the legislature to frame laws. If at all an anti-porn legislation is made, it has to be made by the Parliament. Looking at the amount of bills pending, including high profile ones like GST, an anti-porn bill be the last thing the government will want to do before the next general elections.

Those sons o' bitches are hypocrites to the last T. Ironically, without porn, sexual assault cases would actually be on the rise since people (I mean the desperate kind) would have no easy way of getting themselves off.
Those little goodwill fuckers, behind everybody else's backs watch the most porn. I'm willing to bet my life on it.

maybe this move is to boost prostitution....but that hasnt been legalised either
 
And as the thread goes, watching porn is also technically legal in India as for now. Distribution is not. Profiting from it is not. But watching it in the privacy of your home is pretty much legal I believe. :P
 
^^ yep it is totally ok to watch porn but you cannot distribute it publicly another law which belongs in the 19th century the porn industry should have been legalized so you don't get under privileged sections plus under age kids exploited as it happens in india , it is stupid to think that porn in not made in india it is made in dingy underground mafia controlled atmosphere. this another example of judges been out of touch with recent tech changes , this PIL should have thrown out by the court as rodeoz pointed out nothing would come out of it but it is still a waste of courts time. btw what if it the govt does pass some kind of law then would the temples of Khajrao and ajanata/ellora be razed to ground , will we try and change history that kamasutra was not wriiten here infact it was written by some westerner on the net :P
