Scammers on eBay India

they can not send u legal notice as its not easy to prove you are wrong.

Buyer claimed "item not received" but u have proof of delivery.

Had buyer claimed "item not expected" that wud be different issue. Because then u may have to prove that u sent proper item.

And u got ur money so no issue for u either.

But in case u sell some other item on ebay.. they may recover charges from its sale. So may be u wud want to use another id / email / number / address

Here's my story, which happened few days back. I needed a tempered glass screenguard for my Nexus 6. Before ordering, I messaged the seller to know whether the one he's selling has proper cutouts for proximity sensor, to which he said yes. When I got the product the cutout was missing. Sent him an email again, to which he never responded. Filed an eBay Guarantee Claim. Got 110% refund as an eBay coupon.

so eBay again creates confusion with again another of my order.

Once again if I go to ebay orders it shows item is yet to be shipped (7 days have passed)

But if I try to "resolve a problem" ... it says item shipped! (with bluedart tracking number)

Till yesterday when I was searching on bluedart with tracking number .. it kept saying - no such shipment.

But now (after 2 days) its showing details.

But once again seller location is from Delhi.

But bluedart is showing item is going from "Ahmedabad" to "Delhi"

Whereas it should be from "Delhi" to "Mumbai"!!

So its creating so much confusion.

And what more if i see shipment details - its showing "item is picked from Wazirpur"

So if item is picked up from Wazirpur (which is in Delhi) why is Bluedart showing item is going from "Ahmedabad" to "Delhi"?


But atleast from my previous order I know that its just wrong details!

there was this new seller i bought from. he is from patna, uses some courier company called OnDot which i have never heard before. it takes 10 days for the shipment to come to bangalore from patna and gets returned because "no service to destination". im located at a prime locality. Patna does not have FEDEX or India Post ? fortunately requested refund from ebay at the last day. beyond that i doubt this guy would have refunded my money
