facebook has been opening but not so slow compared to other international web pages. On pinging my RTT is 700+, it used to be below 100 earlier. Damn !

Same here from past 2 days i am facing the same problem . All the website ping outside india is 700+ and still they are very slow . I call the bsnl customer care and they said '' We are working '' Lol ( Problem in Egypt and We are working :nono: ) layful: they are just kidding . BSNL is just sit and waiting like us .

Don't see much difference here. Facebook still won't load And seacom news link you posted? taking forever to open up. BSNL seems to be worst effected by this.

BSNL is probably not the worst affected. They are just not fixing the routing to go through other ISPs like MTNL etc are doing.
