I think MS, if it buys Yahoo, for few years wud not change anything in Yahoo. It will just act as stack holder and policy changer. It wud not officially merge it in MS.It may take decision after cpl of urs based on happenings in 2 yrs

well google+yahoo would be a bigger trouble for microsoft than microsoft+yahoo for google.makes complete sense for google. they help yahoo. yahoo uses google engine on yahoo search. microsoft goes mad. mr. ballmer throws some more chairs in his office.

Yes, If Google gets yahoo, then MS is out of internet business. There should be balanced competition in internet space, else there will be no innovation. I prefer MSN getting yahoo.
