leave the matter of areas not fesible, u guys are not able to provide connection in the areas u have feasibility. i applied for a connection in fraser town on 8 of june 2012 but till today(14-6-2012)
i didnt get any sort of confirmation message so i called the fellow i paid the amount and they r telling me that adhar card is not a valid identity proof not even voter id card. i cant understand whats wrong with them. i took bsnl, relaince and youbroadband with the same voter id card and its not a valid id for them. i think they r giving false hopes and bahanas to cover their mistake. i got a date for monday to get installation again. its been 6 days already and they want another 4 days. this is how fast their installation team is and this is how much knowledge they have. i already got my previous broadband disconnected.

pl note the norms of ID proof documents are defined by TRAI and we only follow the list as per trai communications. I can not answer for other operators accepting the documents but have asked our legal team to reconfirm if there is any amendments. Btw the standard deployment time is 7 days from the booking date as it involves laying fiber cable from the nearest pop - said that send me your booking ref to fast track the installation.

if the standard time is 7 days then why ur sales person promises 3 days? u guys never ask them anything about their mistake. and isnt it was ur responsibility to inform me that u dont accept adhar card. what was the need to keep it waiting for 6 days and i would have not even known if i had not to call today. u shud have informed me that day only. and why should i wait for seven days when i can see the broadband working just 4-5 houses far from mine.

wtf ACT not accepting Adhar card issued by gov, its not the card made by u r any private company. Then ask why they r running the service

Dear All

Pl note the directive from TRAI recommends certain documents for ID proof & Address proof, we just follow the same. Adhaar card is not part of the list, and they need to represent the same to Ministry of I&B to include the same. pl google and you will find many institutions including insurance firms do not accept due to SEBI guidlines.
