How do i access the settings of my modem ?
I'm using UT300R2U modem as shown.

In your browser type 192.168.1.1 ID: admin
Menu page can be accessed..

If unsuccessful, and getting connected to Internet
check your IP
What Is My IP Address? Lookup IP, Hide IP, Change IP, Trace IP and more...
say 117.xx.xx.xx
Retype it as above.

for settings etc. Check link NO 8 also. ( Calcutta Telephones )

4. If 1,2 fail RESET the modem(power on) for 30 seconds.
to factory settings
then try 192.168.1.1

Thanks for your help , i followed the following instructions i found in a thread in this website and got the settings,"Case III: Still unable to access modem settings.In Computer :Start / Network / Local area NetworkProperties.Network settings page will openSelect TCP/IPProperties.Enter 192.168.1.10255.255.255.0192.168.1.1DNS8.8.8.8208.67.220.220Apply Save.Now try."

Thanks for your help , i followed the following instructions i found in a thread in this website and got the settings,
"Case III: Still unable to access modem settings.
In Computer :
Start / Network / Local area Network
Properties.
Network settings page will open
Select TCP/IP
Properties.
Enter
192.168.1.10
255.255.255.0
192.168.1.1
DNS
8.8.8.8
208.67.220.220
Apply Save.
Now try."

Above appears/seems to be from my post .elsewhere. !!!
This was option (3) Calcutta telephones website.
confirm
(1) did not work earlier.

(2) did not try ( error message ???)

(3) same procedure listed in link given Not tried.

(4) RESET : option not tried /needed.
