Severe packet loss on MTNL connection in the subcontinent

I am having a severe packet loss and an extremely jittery connection in the subcontinent. This is ruining my online gaming experience and video calling services. Please help. i am on a 2 mbps unlimited connection.

same here bro, I think it's cause of the rains.... but at night my pings and download speed MIRACULOUSLY become better, I get around 60-70 to singapore and steam says my dl speed comes around 160 KBps
